Your life is the result of your subconscious programming

“Your life is not coming from your wishes or desires. Your life is coming from your program.” – Dr Bruce Lipton

95% of the time, we’re operating from our subconscious mind. This means that we’re really only using 5% of our thinking capacity at any given time. Have you ever thought about how you have been programmed in your life? Because, as psychologists will tell you, your subconscious programming occurred in the first 7 years of your life. So, how have you been programmed? And how has it affected your life today? What do you eat? How do you get dressed? Which hand do you write with? Have you ever asked yourself, “WHY am I the way that I am and is it serving me”? Because if it’s not, YOU CAN CHANGE your subconscious programming.

Bruce, Bob, Abraham-Hicks and Anita all tell us that whenever we experience an illness, a dis-ease, we should all STOP to take a look at ourselves from within. In other words, we should respond to our situation rather than react in the way that we have been programmed subconsciously since we were young.

Unfortunately, we have all been programmed to always blame something that is outside of our control for anything that has happened to us, and we go into auto-pilot mode when we have an issue, particularly if it’s something that is  big or drastic. We have all forgotten that God/ universe/ source -whatever you want to call it- is NOT external to our beings, but that it is within us, and has always been within us, ALL THIS TIME. In fact, most of us have been programmed to forget the part of us that is able to connect with our intuition, to our greater self, to God, to the infinite, to the universe. We have silenced our intuition to such a degree that, as Bob Proctor and Abraham put it, whenever we ask, whenever we pray, the answer is already there, BUT we leave the receiver off the phone hook and God cannot get through to us because the line is busy. In Abraham’s words, we ask but we are not in the “receiving mode” to hear the answer from Source because we are not in the same vibrational mode to receive it.

Here is a video of Anita talking about what one should do when faced with a health challenge:

Abraham once said that they love it when someone is terminally ill because it forces them to do the only thing that they can do: to be in the vibrational alignment of who they need to be, to be in alignment with wellness, to enjoy every moment that they’re here to enjoy, and to think about what is it that they really want in life.

“The disease is an illusion. The disease is a distortion of reality… just like not being good enough is a distortion of  reality.” – Abraham-Hicks

I know there are a lot of people out there who disagree with the quote above, especially those who have kids with illnesses, or those who have friends and loved ones who have passed on at a young age. I want you take a moment  to think about the answers to these questions for yourself if you’re on the “other end” of someone who has an illness or has passed on… “What has this person taught you? What have you learnt from him or her? What have you gained? How has this person enriched your life with his or her  presence in your life? How has the person made you who you are today?”

The truth is, we are all here to serve one another and help one another grow. If we are the ones who have the illness, we should stop blaming and start taking responsibility of our own lives, by following Anita’s advice. After all, she’s the one who has been “dead and back” with complete instant remission of her disease the moment she realised WHY she had her illness.

If we are the ones supporting a person with an illness, we should ask ourselves, “What makes me love this person just the way he or she is? What can I gain from this experience? What is it about this person’s traits that makes him or her as strong in fighting this and what can I learn from this person? How can I grow through this event? What have I learnt through looking at the history of events?”

There is no such thing as a coincidence, only perfect timing in what appears to be a chaotic series of events. That is why Steve Jobs said, “You can’t connect the dot looking forwards. You can only connect them looking backwards.”

We are all here to help one another heal. Many people have a misconception about healing, thinking it’s only related to our physical state. Fact is, we are beyond physical beings: we are made of 50 trillion cells, which are made up of atoms, which are made up of 99.999997% “empty space” (energy). We are energetic beings controlling a denser form of energy called the physical body with our subconscious mind. So, true healing goes beyond the “fixing” the physical that we see on this plane; it goes into reconnecting us with our source, with the universe, with God, with the wholeness that we are.

We need to stop being victims to our circumstances. We need to start taking responsibility for where we’re headed towards. You are here to be you, and though you may face challenges in trying to be the authentic you, those are the challenges that you have “signed up for” so that you may grow and expand towards obtaining the freedom that you seek.

It all starts with your awareness… and then your subconscious programming to get you to your destination.

Your life comes from your subconscious programming… be a great programmer, program your life journey and see the wonder unveiled before you in its physical form.
